For resident guests

  • When you book a room with us, half-board is included in the price. As an alternative to the set evening menu, you are welcome to choose from our small à la carte menu at no extra cost. Lunch, as well as afternoon coffee and cake, are available for an additional charge.

For day guests

  • You are very welcome as a day guest! You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee and cake, or dinner with us. For dinner, you may book our three-course menu (starter, main, and dessert), which includes a fresh salad. Alternatively, dishes from our small evening menu are available. If you wish to join us for dinner, we kindly ask that you reserve in advance.

  • The remaining balance can be paid directly at the lodge in cash or by credit card. We prefer cash payments, as our secluded location means card terminal signal can be unreliable. Please ensure you have enough cash with you!

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are unfortunate for both parties. According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, guests do not have an automatic right of withdrawal. However, we always strive to find a fair solution. Our policy is as follows:Up to 60 days before...

Cancellations are unfortunate for both parties. According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, guests do not have an automatic right of withdrawal. However, we always strive to find a fair solution. Our policy is as follows:

  1. Up to 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount (the deposit) is retained.

  2. Up to 7 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount (minus the deposit).

  3. From 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount (minus the deposit).

  4. No-show: 100% of the total amount (minus the deposit).

  5. Early departure: We charge for the full booked period (minus the deposit).

Cancellations must be submitted in writing; a phone call is not sufficient.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover these costs.

  • Accessibility: Wheelchair users are very welcome as day guests. We are happy to collect you from the car park in our mountain taxi. Find out how it works here. Please note that staying overnight is unfortunately very difficult, as rooms are on upper floors and we do not have a lift.
