Here at HoferAlpl in the middle of the unique landscape of the natural park of the Sciliar, our chef Andreas Hofer and his high qualified team offer you good and healthy dishes. Therefore, we only use fresh products which in part also come from our own farm. The chef Andreas is a hunting enthusiast and he will serve some carefully prepared game specialities.
